What we need:
- 500 gr flour, self-rising
- 230 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 115 ml fresh orange juice
- 20 ml Cretan raki
- 150 gr sugar
- 1 large tablespoon honey
- 100 gr almonds uncooked ramming
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp carnation
- 3 knots mastic ground with a bit of sugar
How we do it:
Here is the Procedure!
1) Beat all liquids with sugar and honey for some time in the mixer until the sugar and honey melts.
2) Add the flour and our herbs slowly and knead with your hand until you get a soft dough that does not stick to hands.
